Grace Huang, MD

Biography

Dr. Huang was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated from the combined BS/MD 7-year Program through The College of New Jersey and Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. She completed ophthalmology residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Subsequently, Dr. Huang pursued specialty training at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary of Harvard Medical School in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery.

Dr. Huang practices comprehensive ophthalmology with a focus on cornea and ocular surface disease. She performs cataract surgery, full and partial thickness corneal transplantation (DMEK and DSAEK), and laser refractive surgery (LASIK and PRK).

Dr. Huang has published numerous articles in peer reviewed journals, with a special interest in ophthalmology social studies, including patient education and subspecialty training impact. She has presented research at national conferences. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Huang is fluent in English and Mandarin and proficient in Spanish.
