Learning from Surgical Videos to Change Outcomes

Wills Eye Retina Dr. Sunir J. Garg, in his role as editor-in-chief of the American Academy of Ophthalmology's ONE Network, advocates for ophthalmologists to share their surgical videos so that others may learn from their experience. As he explains, the most helpful videos "illustrate chal­lenging cases of commonly encountered pathology. Especial­ly educational are those surgeries that became unexpectedly challenging during the case."
