Meera Sivalingam, MD

Dr. Sivalingam is a third generation Wills Eye physician and looks forward to providing outstanding, compassionate care to patients. She is also excited about the opportunity to conduct ground-breaking clinical research and educate future retina physicians. She completed her medical school training at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and went on to complete her residency at Wills Eye Hospital. After residency, Dr. Sivalingam completed her vitreoretinal surgery fellowship training at Wills Eye Hospital where she trained in both pediatric and adult vitreoretinal surgery.
