Biography

Dr. Jonathan Allan Peet is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and anterior segment surgeon with extensive experience in dropless refractive cataract surgery, glaucoma management, and medical retina care. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania before completing a Master of Science in Biotechnology at Penn, where he conducted advanced research in ophthalmology and biomedical sciences.

He then earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and received the prestigious Lamport Biomedical Research Award. His ophthalmology residency was completed at the esteemed Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Peet has provided ophthalmology care in the Hatboro, North Wales, Blue Bell, Levittown, Penndel, South Philadelphia, and Bethlehem areas for over 10 years, offering expertise in cataract surgery, glaucoma management, and medical retina treatment. He has also contributed significantly to ophthalmic research, authoring numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals on topics such as retinal imaging, the heritability of ophthalmologic disease, and value-based medicine.
