Dr. Walker is a board-certified ophthalmologist, with additional fellowship-training in the subspecialty of glaucoma. Dr. Walker graduated with honors from the University of Michigan. She attended medical school at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where she was elected to the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. She also received her Ophthalmology training at Washington University and Barnes Hospital, rated one of U.S. News & World Reports' Top 10 Ophthalmology programs. Following her residency training, she received the distinction of serving as Chief Resident and Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Barnes Hospital.
