Beeran B. Meghpara, MD is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who specializes in cornea, cataract, and laser refractive surgery. He has extensive experience with advanced technology intraocular lens implants that correct astigmatism and presbyopia. He performs all forms of corneal transplantation, including partial thickness DSAEK and DALK. He also specializes in bladeless customized LASIK and phakic intraocular lens surgery. As an anterior segment specialist, Dr. Meghpara also treats corneal infections, ocular surface diseases such as dry eye, and glaucoma.

After earning his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Dr. Meghpara went on to graduate from the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine, where he was selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He then completed his ophthalmology residency at the Cullen Eye Institute, Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. After residency, Dr. Meghpara completed a fellowship in cornea, refractive surgery, and external disease at the University of Colorado.
