Description:
This conference will aim to educate attendees on multidisciplinary approaches and
advancements in periorbital and facial cosmetic surgery and non-invasive methods of
rejuvenation.
It will aim to cover the following topics with dedicated presentations:
- Relevant Periorbital and Facial Anatomy
- Upper Blepharoplasty
- Lower Blepharoplasty
- Brow and Forehead Lifting
- Face and Neck Rejuvenation
- Non-invasive Approaches to Facial Rejuvenation
- Skin Care and Rejuvenation
- Complications of Cosmetic Interventions
- Practice Management and Incorporation Cosmetics into Your Practice
At the conclusion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss important new advances in the etiologies, diagnosis, and treatment/prevention of eye diseases.
- Identify basic and clinical vision research that can be transformed into improved clinical care.
- Assess the role of new technologies in the evaluation and treatment of eye diseases.
- Describe factors that impact the effective delivery of the highest quality eye care for the public.
- Identify clinical, scientific, and ethical issues confronting the profession.
- Obtain information and tools through multiple facets to help ophthalmologists deliver high and efficient quality of care.
