The opening of the Wills Eye Surgery Center in Wilmington has established the Wills Eye Surgical Network’s first presence in Delaware. The Surgery Center staff is now providing Delaware residents with the same excellence in same day surgery that the Wills Eye Surgery Centers and Wills Eye have provided in the Philadelphia region for the past 165+ years.
When the Surgery Center in Wilmington opened it was an all-ophthalmology facility, equipped with two operating rooms. The Physicians have been performing procedures for cataract, glaucoma, ocuplastic surgery, pediatric ophthalmology, and corneal transplants.
The Wills Eye Surgery Center in Wilmington is fully licensed by the State of Delaware, AAAHC accredited, and Medicare certified.
The center is open from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
