Oculoplastics Service Fellowship
The Wills Eye Oculoplastics Service offers one
ASOPRS-approved (American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgeons) fellowship that is two years in length.
The first year is spent working with the program's main
preceptor, Joseph C. Flanagan, M.D. During the second year, the
fellow works directly with several attendings in the service. A
stipend is paid for this fellowship.

Observers
The Oculoplastics Service offers limited opportunities for observers to spend from three to six months in the department. Those with Observer Status may not perform procedures unless special arrangements have been made to have license and malpractice coverage. No stipends are available.
