Research Fellowship Program Requirements

If you are interested in our Research Fellowship Program in Cornea & External Disease, please compete and return the following:

• Application Form (PDF)
• Brief (one page) statement about your professional goals, and proposed objectives during the period
• Current Curriculum vitae

Arrange for the following:

• College transcript to be sent directly to us from the institution
• Medical school transcript to be sent to us from the institution.
• Letters of recommendation should be sent by at least three professional associates (one to include your residency program chairman/director)

Research fellowship applications will be reviewed year round. Fellowships are subject to availability.
